Terms and Conditions

Our cancellation policy was created to ensure that our company and staff time is valued and respected.  It is quite literally a comodity and needs to be protected.  It is our mission to be as transparent with topics as such.

• All deposits are non-refundable
• If a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice they will be charged a 30%, of total estimated cost of service provided, cancellation fee
• If a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice no fee will be charges
• All new clients have a one time re-schedule option with 24 hours or more notice
• Repeat and seasonal clients have a one time per month reschedule option with 24 hours notice
• In-person consultation appointment fees are non-refundable and appointments may only be re-scheduled once with 24 hours notice
• Zoom consultations may only be re-scheduled once with 24 hours notice
• Large event cancellations will have individually determined fees and time restrictions outlined in contracts
